How does the recruitment process work?

Identify the recruitment needs
We unfold the recruiting process by identifying the hiring needs of our clients in the first place. Our consultants gather as much information, or a detailed job description, on the role our clients are hiring. This information or description should include the duties and responsibilities the successful candidate should have and the skills or abilities that are required for the position.
We would then search and source potential candidates from our own pool of talent or from other external sources. After identifying the viable candidates, we screen and shortlist applicants efficiently and accurately by reviewing resumes. Our professional consultants would then speak to targeted candidates to explain the role in much further detail. Not only does it allow us to see if the candidate’s qualifications and skills match the role, but it can also enable us to check if their attitude aligns with the values of the company.
Prior to the process of offer-negotiation, a telephonic or video interview is arranged to enable the candidate to go face-to-face with their potential employer. Companies will also run background checks, reference checks or likely a credit check as part of the process.
Once the candidate has been zeroed in on and offered a position after going through the selection stages, the process of offer-negotiation will then begin to ensure the best deal is met. Companies may think of ways to help their new hire settle in by making special lunch arrangements or throwing a welcome party.
